As a communications specialist for Wildlands Network, Gabby creates strategic communications plans to support our wildlife conservation and policy campaigns in the southwest region.
Gabby was born and raised in Draper, Utah, close to the Wasatch Front, where she would hike with her dad in search of interesting wildlife. As she grew up, Gabby was continually excited by nature, spending most of her vacations and free time connecting with and learning about wildlife from the Caribbean, Mexico, and Canada. Inspired to find solutions for the climatic and connectivity issues facing the planet and our wild communities, Gabby majored in political science at the University of Utah to pursue a career in communications and advocacy. Gabby has worked as an advocate and campaign manager on issues such as the legalization of medical cannabis and domestic violence prevention.
Gabby currently lives in Draper with her family, where she enjoys immersing herself in nature while pursuing her graduate degree. In her spare time, Gabby loves to write music with her friends and family and perform at local coffee shops.
