Lucy Britton
Foundations and Grants Manager
As the foundations and grants manager for Wildlands Network, Lucy works to cultivate the organization’s fundraising success and program growth through database management and supporting staff efforts to reconnect, rewild, and restore North America.
After growing up in North Carolina, Lucy studied biology at Clemson University. Prior to joining Wildlands Network, she delivered grassland and working lands conservation programs for the National Audubon Society in North and South Dakota. Lucy’s desire to support meaningful work that has landscape-level impacts inspired her to seek a role in development after moving to Utah. She uses her experience implementing innovative habitat conservation programs that benefit both wildlife and local communities to fundraise for projects that address fragmentation and biodiversity loss across North America’s Wildways.
In her spare time, she enjoys trail running, hiking, and bird watching with her husband. They also enjoy traveling together to visit national parks when they have the opportunity. Having spent the past four years in the Northern Great Plains, she is particularly passionate about regenerative agriculture, local foods, and loves to learn new recipes and garden.
