Take Action for the Wildlife Corridors Conservation Act

In July 2019, Wildlands Network hosted a briefing at the U.S. Capitol that brought together scientists, the media and congressional staff to highlight the importance of the Wildlife Corridors Conservation Act.

This legislation would allow for designation of wildlife corridors on federal public lands, while providing support for collaboration with state governments and private landowners to assist in efforts to preserve corridors across the country.

Introduced in Congress by Senator Tom Udall (D-NM) and Representatives Don Beyer (D-VA) and Vern Buchanan (R-FL), more than 20 senators and representatives from across the United States have already signed on as co-sponsors.

With growing bipartisan support in Congress, now is the time to take action!

Help us move the bill forward by contacting your representatives and senators today and asking them to join as a cosponsor to the Wildlife Corridors Conservation Act.
