Contact Your Legislators to Save Red Wolves

For years, Wildlands Network and our partner conservation groups have tried to push the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in the right direction, sending the agency hundreds of thousands of comments and petition signatures from people all around the country who support red wolf conservation.

Today, the red wolf is on the verge of extinction in the wild for the second time, with only 30-40 animals left roaming free in eastern North Carolina, despite the American public’s overwhelming support of federal protections. We urgently need your help trying to convince Congress not to give up on the red wolf recovery program, which has a proud 30-year history but is now basically on the chopping block.

Please take a moment to contact your U.S. Representatives and Senators, asking them all to pressure the USFWS on your behalf to save the red wolf and other endangered species here in the United States.
